Noida Authority’s New Office at Sector 96 Likely To Be Operational In April

Noida Authority’s new headquarters is set to get a new office space soon. The new main administrative building in Sector 96 on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway is likely to be inaugurated next month.

The building will house all the departments, making it easier for the general public to access the services. Construction and finishing work of the new buildings is over, and the different Authority offices scattered all over Noida will shift to the new office next month. “The authority aims to provide better services and have better engagement with the people who would visit it for work,” SP Singh, general manager of Noida Authority, told Hindustan Times.

The new office complex, constructed on a six-acre plot, has two towers of four and eight floors, constructed at a cost of Rs 390 crore. Initially, the plan was to construct two towers with 18 and nine floors at a cost of Rs 478 crore. It was later revised.

At present, while the authority’s main office is in Sector 6, the horticulture department is in Sector 39 and Jal department is in Sector 5.
